Well, i'm looking 4 a decent 2 bedroom + DD accn with furnished/fully furnished option [indep or on the Ist floor of a villa ]in the Saraj area next to the Gems School....can any one guide me on whom to contact!

Actually whilst getting our ward registered at GEMS, Mr Pollack
[Now moved to UAE GEMS Branch]had recommended 4 me to stick around the school area (there were lots of ammenities available besides a sizeble expat crowd)-safety is a key factor.No?
Any assured kind'a contact that u can fwd would be most comforting [ seems u've been here earlier ]; as such i am in touch with one odd dealer [our requirements are a small,neat compact niche' of a pad with average rental but in good surroundings[gotten myself in a tight bound]---wann'a leave it to my wife to go by her own choice once they move in here!?
