salam,
i've been here for almost ten years with my wife,we got three childrens was born here ,my first was boy4 2nd girl she'3 and new just born.they are all still have no birth certificate since birth because my wife was runaway( horoob) does not have iqama,she just got iqama during this year.
they are all have hospital birth reports .am afraid that if i'm going to get an registration for my childrens of their birth certificate ,.what first steps should i do and where i have to go? do i pay any penalty and how much per year??
please i humbly need your advise for a head of time urgent....

I applied for my son's BC after 18 months from DOB and paid a penalty of SR300
First take an online appointment then go at the appointed time with the required documents.
When you submit the documents at Ahwal Madani, the officer will inform you about the penalty you are liable to pay for delay.
