Dear All,
I am still awaiting the outcome of my employment visa I am currently in the UAE but my visit visa expires on the 5th July the companies HR are very lazy and do not respond is their anyway i can check my self of the status online ?

Only your auhorized company representative can view it or follow up directly from the immigration. Are you working in a freezone company?
