I recently got a job offer from Ahli united bank, Kuwait. How is the bank , is it private bank. How is the work environment,
salary and bonus structure etc... Will they give any other benefit apart from salary

not all employees are subject to the same benefits, whether it is a "discretionary" bonus or a pre-decided bonus depends on your contract.
ask them yourself, or accept the offer, come here and find out
you are right, the fringe benefits are what make jobs worthwhile. but i dont think u will be disappointed.
