Responsibilities:
Consults with customers over the phone or via the web following client processes and procedures processing information, orders, requests, or comments in an efficient manner.
Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
Responds to end-user problems based on standard procedures
Must correctly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to entering data into the database timely and accurately
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Experience in a call center, customer service is required for the position.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Strong command in English and Dutch communication skills is a must
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
Amenable for shifting and graveyard work schedule
Amenable to work on July 2014 (ASAP)
