HI GUYS
i have recently been offerd a job located in dammam working for JATCO.
i have a few questions i could do with answers to as this will be my first time coming to saudu arabia.

1. is it easy to find accomodation ( this is not provided in my contract only an allowance )
i will be office based in JATCO main office in DAMMAM
2. how much is cost of living etc
3. what is the dress code for foreginers
4 .what is the passtime of expats not living in compounds
5. are yoy free to walk the areas around where i will be living

Hey littlemart,

good day.

as far as I know finding accommodation in dammam is easy. Also, cost of living in Saudi is cheap. Don't worry. For dress code, if you're not a female, I think you can wear anything. Past time, well not much, do sport? For me I find going to gym as past time. Its ok to walk around for familiarization but as hobby, I don't think there is much to see. Hope this gives you a little bit of information.

Anyway, you have a good company so don't worry...
