Would any tell or advice for best natural permanent hair removal cream in istanbul

l dont think there is a cream that removes hair permanently.
l suffer from the same problem and l was told laser is the only permanent remedy.

Laser is not permanent you need to do it every six months or year and has side effects.
But I know there is ant egg oil cream called tala and that is Permanent and has no side effects because it is natural
But Iam looking for it and I couldn't find it in pharmacies
