Professional English speaking Realtors

ECUADOR REAL ESTATE is seriously  lacking in professional English speaking realtors with excellent communication skills. After interviewing many bi-lingual "Realtors"...I discovered that it is a whole new ballgame in this country, meaning if you are a gringo, THEIR ONLY CONCERN IS MONEY.  They will try to CONTROL THE SALE of your home, if you understand what I"m saying. I have bought and sold many homes in the states. I never encountered any issues with my realtors who understood that they worked FOR and WITH the seller.  If you can afford to give away your home, that is exactly what "REALTORS" will do for you in this country. I suggest marketing it yourself, with the assistance of a good attorney. Saludos, Gypsy
