Im studying bachelor in my second year
I got the student visa for one year .. I want to bring my wife to Malaysia (Dependent visa).
From where could I start ?

No I think the interpretation is that middle eastern students can bring more family members due to cultural requirements. There is no statement that it is restricted to a particular type of study level. However, postgraduate students have some restrictions if not from the middle east it would seem.

Thank you for your answer dear .. actually I went to imigration putrajaya today asking about dependent visas for bachelor student , they said because I'm from Iraq and married from Iraqi woman so there is no problem to get the dependent visa for her .
