hi
as i am working in oman since 8 months and I quit my job, now I got another offer from another company, I want to join this new job and they says they have visa clearance but my company is not ready to give me Release or NOC. If i exit the country, will the my new company able to get the visa for me.or it will be effected by new labour law ? as i will be able to exit in 30th june.

The 2-year waiting period rule comes into effect from July 1st - technically.
If you are absolutely sure of exiting by June 30th and if your new employer's employment visa is guaranteed, you can take the chance.
