Can I get Nasi lamek here in Dubai? Any Idea?

Hi friends,

I am an Indian national, living and working in Dubai since March this year.  Have worked here before and then due to family issues left the job and went back to India in 2010.  Once again am back here in Dubai after for yours. I have worked in Malaysia for almost 10 years (from 98 to end 2007) and came to Dubai in 2008 beginning.  I miss Malaysia, Malaysians and malaysian food especially Nasi lamek,  cari puff, wajjid and chendol.
Can I get Nasi lamek here in Dubai? Any Idea?

Hi Anil,

As you have posted on a very old thread, i created a separated thread with your post on the Dubai forum as it may bring more light to your question here.

Thank you and have a nice day,

Hello everyone...

Hey im coming by next week to Dubai. I need to know that company is offering AED 300 /-Monthly for food, Is that okay 300AED.???

How to manage 300AED for one month? Have i to cook in room or i can have in Hotels???

How about the Gas Stoke+ Cylinder(LPG) or Electric stove cost???

Please anyone help me.

Thank You

300AED is very tight for 1 month unless you cook food everyday.. now depends how much they r paying u.. dont wry abt gas n electricity.. here the accomodation fee include all just come pay and stay!!

um... i heard, company paying 1500AED +300AED(food) +acco+ med+insurance?

So I dont have to worry about the Stove (LPG) or Electric Stove to cook about.

yes dr..
