Recently I got a job offer from Kuwait. My degree certificate attested by Notary,HRD, MEA and Kuwait embassy in India.I think my degree was not verified from university before attested the degree certificate (not sure). Will employer or Kuwait MEA ask to university verification before giving VISA/Work permit? Is university verification mandatory to get Kuwait VISA//Work permit? Please let me know if anyone knows about it.

the way i understand is, the kuwait embassy in Mumbai will NOT verify a degree that has not been attested by the university that released it.
coming from india you need to get your Police clearance certificate attested by the Kuwait embassy and foreign affairs office in India. ( i think its the foreign affairs office first, they verify that the document is coming out of india and is proper, then the Kuwait embassy accepts that).
