Hi, err you cannot work as a nurse in Malaysia that easily. It is technically possible but never met any foreign nurses. You cannot be in charge. Problem is you need to earn a lot more than what nurses are paid to get an employment pass - so hard to do! Lecturing is possible. Foreigners will most likely to be Fillipino or Indonesian as cheap. But so many Malaysian nurses and never met a non-Malaysian one.
