i don`t want any agent services for my visa which i had experience in past which is really bad. if any one could help me to tell the legal way how to apply work visa for malaysia please say so.. even though i had spent many year in malaysia still i`m looking for legal way to get my paper.

Get a job for a salary of over RM5k per month and then you can be legal expat.
Otherwise, get a job in the service industries (and a few others like agriculture or construction) and apply as a foreign worker.

The legal process requires the company you work for to sponsor your employment pass. So without a job, there is no chance to get a visa. It is possible to joint own a business with a Malaysian, but that requires quite a lot of money. It is possible to apply for a work permit as an owner, after the business is set up and has been licenced and running for some time.
