how would you know if you are a direct hired or not?
ive applied job online , (going abroad)
I was hired in that country!
is this direct hire means? or what?
just confused a little:)
what is the difference between direct hire and in direct hire?
I mean just so you went into an agrncy and apply for a job abroad , so you will need to pass all requirements, blah blah blah,.
wait for your visa , get medical then fly,.
means indirect hire?
Anyone explain clearly to me? thanks for your help

i believe it would mean like u said; direct hire is a person that was approached or approached the company directly and was hired, indirect hire is someone that was hired thru a recruitment agency. why do u ask?
