Hit up Daves ESL cafe, worknplaykorea, etc. for job listings. Doesn't hurt to check Craigs either. If you're already living in Ulsan you might have better luck going through friends and by word of mouth. With a masters you qualify for a university teaching position, but if you're not willing to relocate that might limit your options.
