Unfortunately textiles and clothing are one of the sectors in distributive and retail trade where foreigners are not permitted to operate. So you would need to find a Malaysian business partner.

well, actually my alternatives are finding indonesians who already have a business here or malaysian business partner. unfortunately, i just haven't found any malaysian partner to do that..
