You can actually get it for 4000 tengue in a local agency. The problem is you need a local to arrange it for you as nobody speaks English there.

Actually the trip for 4000 tenge will be in old buses and with russian speaking guide. For 60 USD, there should be nice bus with conditioner and qualified english speaking guide. If you there will be 13-15, I can organize it for 35 USD\person. Mercedes-sprinter or any other new conditioned mini bus and licensed guide.
