Penguins huddle up in blizzards in order to share the heat with one another. It's a behavior that individuals take for the greater good of the group.
As the summer starts to simmer in Kuwait, people tend to flee to places where temperature records are far from challenged.
The ones left behind are the penguins in this story 
So let's huddle up (not for heat sharing of course). Here are some of the suggestions of what we might consider:
1- BBQ
2- Camping
3- Joining activities/events as a group
4- Group visits to a home for the elderly
5- Group visits to museums (or what's left of them)
Keep the suggestions coming. We will put a plan after that

no way BBQ,you dont want to get fined 300-600 KD just for that,no matter where you are doing.who knows they might implement the law wrongly some times.

BBQ is prohibited in many places but there are places where it is allowed. That's why we need planning
