Please suggest me salary negotiation in angola luanda,Oracle DBA

Hi,
I am raviteja from india. I need some details about IT industry salary details in angola.
I got one offer from angola position is sr.oracle DBA and I having more than 3 years experience in tis field and I completed master degree in computer applications.

Company provide
USD$950 permonth+food+accomodation+transportation....I think tis salary not sufficient for me.I heard abt angola is world most living cost is high. I don't know how much salary provide for Oracle DBA position  in luanda.

you can suggest me how much salary is negotiate is possible for tis position in luanda. I hope ur each one suggestion  it's valuable for me.please reply me as soon as possible.
