Learning Portuguese language

Hello everybody

I am working in Lobito since two years but still I am not fluent in Portuguese the reason being I do not converse much with the locals. I am working as factory supervisor and am Pakistani citizen.
I am too interested in learning Portuguese but unfortunately there is no such courses being conducted in Lobito as far as I know.
If there is any please let me know I will be really grateful.
I can understand almost 50% but could not speak well.

I was very fluent in English but loosing the touch as nobody speaks English here.
