I got an scholarship to study at a university in Istanbul, it offers TL 1000 per month. I will be moving with my wife and kid. Do any one know about the cheapest neighborhood in Istanbul where I could get a place to live for TL 200 per month.
Can I rent a small house/flat in Istanbul for US150 per month?

thank you eternal_mind for the reply. I read that Tarlabaşı is a cheap area. But i am not sure about the prices to rent a house/flat there. Can you plz mention any area in Istanbul where cost of living is cheap .. thnks
