Does anyone know of Loans or Scholorahips for USA Citzen to study abroad in the Netherlands? I want to study Fashion Design or Interior Design in the netherlands so i can live with my husband and do schooling at the same time without having to wait like five years to go to school and live in his country.

Please see the following link. I think you can get a private student loan that is not guaranteed by the Dept. of Education. But getting a Pell Grant or Stafford Loan seems unlikely.
