i would like ask about ishbilia compound can i enter without sponsor to do activities like sports or swimming or if there are events or can't to do anything 
If can't wht do u think in DQ ??

For activities like sports & Fitness you can find a lot of good places, DQ would really be a good option. AL Manahil fitness center can be suitable for u, more known for their spa and salon services but they also have a sports complex that caters to women's fitness and health needs. 1-month membership is SR1,900 while a 3-month membership is SR2,500, which is a better value for your buck.
