Bedoun Esaam company is a reputed company having branches at various places. You should make a proper contract for your salary and benefits before you stamp your visa or leaving the country. I do not know what types of commission they agreed. May be for sales staff they are paying. Salary normally you do not receive on time and most of the time it will be late. Labour conditions are just normal as in other company. Better labour conitions you can expect only in MNC or from outside management who run the company.
