I don't think there are. You might find a group of like-minded people at your housing compound. Put up a sign and see if you get any response.
I think it's the best you can do, or ask around at any camera shops you find.

In Photography lander there is no good or bad shots it depends on the beholder. I am into photography too and what i learned in the past six years of this hobby. Click the camera if it tells you too.
