I found my GP by exploring my area. I live in Rotterdam South, near Zuidplein and my doctor's office is 5 minutes walking from home. Did you see any gezondheidcentrum in your neighborhood? If yes, when you have time, go there with your papers. They will give you a form to fill in. And don't worry about the language, the most part of doctors speaks also English.

If you don't have time to visit an office, try to google these words: huisartsen Rotterdam Noord, if you didn't do it yet. You will find all the sites which list all the GPs of your area.
