Hi to anyone that can help. I had my Iphone stolen in the LAST hour that I was in Vietnam.
Now back in the UK trying to file an insurance claim. However
The tight fisted gits say unless I can prove that the sim card was registered to me they won't pay out.. (I thought I insured the phone/ not the sim card!)
So trying to call Mobifone but can't get the landline number to call the (Foreigners) call center, the 9393 that you would call from the phone?
Any one got any ideas?

Can you get your friends and relatives to show an itemised bill from when you called them on that sim card.

I can think of one friend who I could get that info from.
Not sure the insurance company would buy that still.
If I can talk to some one who understands English at Mobifone, think I can fix the problem, however, not got the phone anymore so can't call the above number.
Also, tried registering on the web site, but that throws up a server error.
Nice Idea though.

Might try and call Mobifone a few more times and try and get them to block that number and see if I can get an e-mail...
Any more help is greatly appreciated...
