Try this ~ facebook.com/DreamDiverKSA, but I dont think they have it in Al Khobar. I would like to try their Diving Training Package (Open Water Scuba Diving) when I get to Makkah inshaAllah.

u can check Al-Nahda club opp. Hail centre on Damam-Khobar Highway.

They have some professionals who go fro scuba diving in Half moon
