If it is an employment pass, then ask your prospective employer. If it is just a social visit pass, ask your local Malaysian embassy. If it was a fake pass offered by an Agent without a job offer, you have just lost your money and will never see a valid pass or permit. If it was a fake job, you have also just paid for nothing.

Hi,first and foremost you have to verify and check if your agent is genuine,but if it was applied by your company then i dont see any problem at all regarding it..But normally it's a long process, but if you went with a Genuine agent and that he got full access to the immigration then he should have known to instruct you how to check if it's genuine. There is a website that can verify your application status, once you get the approval letter from the immigration - you definitely can check it online and your name and status will appear in it.
