HI, I'm newbie in this forum.
I've got job in Malaysia and i'm going after 15 days for doing job there. Just want to ask about the immigration question in Malaysian airport when I'll first land there.

By definition you should have a valid Malaysian visa for the nature of your visit.

You need a visa of some kind to enter Malaysia.
Your employer should have already got permission from the Malaysian immigration to hire you. After that the Malaysian embassy in India will stamp your passport so you can enter Malaysia to take up the job.
The work permit process is completed once you get to Malaysia. If you have not followed the system and don't have the stamp in your passport that allows you to enter for the purposes of work, you will be sent back to India.
