Have a look for 'Bisikletçiler Çarşısı' on the internet. There is a huge bike store on the way to Taksim its past the Unkapanı bridge under a motorway bridge. I can't remember the name on the store.

You can stop at the station called istanbul buokusher beledyisi in fatih when you took the bus aksaray from taksim , you will find the byscils under the bridge when you stop at the station
