no one can just come here and live, unless as a dependent of someone who is working here on a work visa. and everybody is eligible for that except citizens of israel.

i dont think Saudi Arabia is open for immigration for citizenship purposes... just for work.

I know at least one Iranian who has an iqama (residence permit) and seeking to bring his family soon.

If he/she can get a job then yes other than this no. Last week I met one person in Dammam who is working in Aramco and he was from Sheraz.(Iran) and it was a surprise for me as well to know that Iranian are working here in Saudi Arabia.
