I need some help, i have purchased a car in Dubai with Dubai plate. i am living in Abu Dhabi with AD visa. can anyone advise me the procedure.

go to RTA in Dubai and get an "export certificate". They'll give you also an export licence plate. You also need to take an insurance for 4 days. You can subscribe tot his temporary insurance at the RTA office.
Once in AD, go to the AD registering office and register your car alongside with driving licence, export certificate, vehicle testing and insurance.
