no i don't have work permit & visa i have UAE visa and working here , now i want to there and want work there can you help me in this regards please i will do any available job.

"Will do any available job" is not good enough.
To get a job (and work permit) in the EU, you need to have skills that few Europeans have (because they need to be hired first). Then you need to apply at the right companies and have some luck too. Also, speaking the local language is a BIG plus for finding a job.
