Usually we use Mandiri and BCA banks for all our banking needs in Indonesia, however, I have been told that opening an HSBC bank in Indonesia would be greatly advantageous. So I just wondered whether other expats also have HSBC accounts or know anything about the advantages?

I have ANZ Visa Card but I haven't found any ANZ ATM or ANZ Branch in Medan? BCA or Bank Mandiri charge high fee for withdraw for VISA card? Normally how much fee for each time withdraw and maximum money can withdraw each time?
