I can't get a .dll application to uninstall. Cannot upgrade to Windows 8, change screen resolution, get rid of Yahoo Vietnam, get free IDM, compose email quickly. I have tried following the instructions. I can't get anything to work. I don't have the skills to do more.

Country you desire for Yahoo is selected by clicking on the small flag upper right hand corner of Yahoo page. In your case it will be Vietnam flag.
