I am currently looking for advice/knowledge pertaining to the average salary of a project assistant in Berlin. I will be the only Native English speaker out of >10 employees. The company works solely with people worldwide so the chosen language for all programs they offer is in English as well as all documents, etc. In America we are normally given a salary and can negotiate it, however they would like me to propose a salary. I have tried to use Google and found the average of the US and UK (then averaged those out), but nothing really pertaining to DE. Please help!!!

Responsibilities:
-Managing online presence in various networks and industry blogs
-Execution, analysis and optimization of our marketing projects
-Assisting the business development team with the creation of supporting research and sales material
-Contacting potential partners and clients
-Planning and coordination of our presence in local and international events
-Working independently and managing your time and projects
-Organize programs and be with participants 24/7 while they our attending a 3wk program (4ish times a year)
-Proofreading and editing all documents as they work in English
-travel and given speeches/presentations in English
In America I actually am a dietitian but I have experience in management both in nutrition and working in a daycare doing management related tasks.
