My company applied ep on last year it was rejected. last week also they applied that is also rejected. mom has not told the reason...
I GOT CONVICTED IN SINGAPORE COURT FOR RIDING MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT INSURANCE AND PAID THE FINE OF 1500$ IN THE COURT. whether it is the reason for my ep rejected. kindly advise me what kind of ep appeals satisfied mom.

An EP application can be rejected for many reasons. Having a criminal conviction is one of them.
(If that is indeed the reason, you are well advised to seek employment elsewhere instead, as Singapore might not let you in ever again.)
An appeal will only help with additional information or very good reasons - just asking "Please look at it again" will not change the decision.
