Are you an EU citizen ? If so, no minimum. However, you will also need to prove you have sufficient money to live on and prove health cover.

Thanks George. Yes I am an EU citizen. I will be looking to start a small business on my arrival, so I'm not sure if health cover and self-sufficiency are required. Someone on this blog mentioned that if I was self employed and paying into the system then I will be covered by the health system. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks Gavin.
