I did a search on the subject but the posts are really old. My wife love the sport and wants to get involved with a team. One that has practice and plays in tournaments. I have heard about the Filipino Badminton Association of Ahmadi a little but don't know much about it. Is there any members of the group on the forum that could share some info on how to get involved?

There was a team sponsored by Kuwait University, but I haven't followed up with them. Mostly, this sport is practiced by Indian and Filipino expats. If I get any news on this I'll let you know ... in the meantime, keep looking out

I've brought my badminton rackets with me, so would like to play too. I've had about 1.5 years our due to tennis elbow (and now I've hurt my back!) so I don't want to be playing league just yet.

Any news about clubs welcome here too.

This is the Filipino Badminton groups website. Seems pretty legit to me. I will just try emailing them and see what they say.
