Labor office complaint lodged

Assalamualikum,

My kafil has lodged a complaint in labor as he has been blocked access by MOL for making my labor card. The complaint was lodged on 19th jan but till now no status. Please anyone here can tell me how much time is required for the complaint to get resolved? Another point is, my kafil is in red, so can he make a lobor card for me?

Kafil details:
He was running an establishment, later he opened a company by merging the establishments and transferred whole employees in the new company from the old establishments. My name is still appearing in the establishment but not in company. He told that he has lodged a complaint in labor office stating that he wants to move me in the company and for that he needs a temporary iqama. I haven't got my iqama yet. How can i check the status of the complaint in labor office?
