I often go to this spa (137 Ham Nghi) because it's right downtown (near Ben Thanh Market in District 1): It has both foot and body massage. i think price s also reasonable. ~$14 for 90 mins.  http://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_R … _City.html

On the most basic level, breath in then out...LOL  Just like anywhere, research where you want to live based on what your budget is. Plan a visit, check it out then decide.
