Hey.
I am married and in Ukraine on a visa D that will soon expire. My wife is not registered where we live but at her home village far away and we are told we have to be registered at the same place. Is that a definite requirement to be? Also, how can I get my visa D extended in that case, since we will not have enough time to finish this process otherwise.

I think you should go to the local immigration office and they will tell you all the information you need. If you dont speak Russian,take a translator.
