As far as I know Egypt is one of greatest wonder of the world...the pyramid.

staying here, makes me comfortable, though still some issues in Egypt but....

still I can smile and continue living as normal...

and meet friendly expat and non-expat through this site...

it helps a lot.

Have to agree with Maeann... Despite today's political climate of near-constant uncertainty, frustration, and fear, I've been so inspired by the everyday kindness I've witnessed here as well.
People seem generous, open and quick to laugh as their default setting. Thanks for having us, Egypt :-)

When I first came to Egypt I was in awe of the beauty, the people and the cultural freedom. Nowadays, I dismay over the graffiti, the sexual harassment and the political uncertainty.

Why do I remain, I want to gain professional experience which compliments my CV, I want to save money, I adore the sunshine, I have family and friends here... Egypt is tolerable for me and I'm happy here. I've been happier lol, but still, I'm happy and that is priceless.
