Wanted, small Flic en Flac accommodation

Hi all,

If you have a small accommodation (studio, apartment, bungalow, anything) for rental in Flic en Flac, or know someone that does, please read on.

I'll be working on a marketing project in Flic en Flac from 01-SEP and need to save some time on commuting (currently living in La Preneuse).

I have no requirements apart from the below;

- Rental period at least 2 months (preferably longer).
- Max rent 15,000 but preferably lower as this is a second home.
- Fully furnished
- Safe and secure
- Cooking & laundry facilities
- Walking distance to supermarket
- Internet connection (preferable)

Distance to beach etc is not important.

I'll give you;

- A quiet tenant, no late night parties etc
- Upfront cash payment
- Excellent references if needed
