In about two weeks I'm moving to Saigon to start my new job. I'll be working in ward 12, district 10 so I'm looking for a flat or house to share. Preferablhy with an en suite bathroom, My budget is $220 per month

HI, I know a few rooms available in D.10 in the range that your are asking for. Some are furnished, some not.
I advise that when you arrive in HCMC; you can go personally to see these rooms and move in the one that you like. Now is TET holiday here. So, everything is shut down. The city will come back to life after a couple of days when all the offices and schools reopen after that TET holiday. Where are you going to work in HCMC? Let me know, if I can be of any help. I live in D.10.
