Omantel and Nawras are the 2 main telecom and ISPs. The rest are all MVNos (like Renna, FRiENDi, Halafoni etc), who also provide you with good voice and data packages.

The strength of your connection would depend a lot on the locality where you would be staying. Costwise, Renna's rates are very attractive. Connectivity wise Omantel is good and Nawras is a close second.
