From USA - How does the Medical Insurance System Work

Hi
I have recently located to Brussels from USA working for the same company. In the USA I already have Medical Coverage with Aetna. However I am in need to go and visit a local doctor who speaks English. I really need to understand if my USA insurance will cover the expense and if not what can I expect. I do not speak French and need to find an English speaking Doctor. Where can I find good recommendations.
I am getting a lot of opinions from people however I really just need the facts.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to ask your American insurance company if they'll cover you here, no-one here can answer that question for you.

It costs as little as 24 euro to see a doctor here, even if you're not covered by any medical insurance.

Without knowing where you're going to live in the region, pointless recommending and English speaking one as 100s of doctors speak English.
