Does anybody know of a good hair dresses in Tripoli? He/she doesn't necessarily need to speak english, just know how to style male hair in a "western" way...? I've only been here for a week but my fiance urgently needs a hair cut and has had pretty bad experiences while living in Saudi Arabia...

Try going to the Rixos hotel, the hairdresser knows his job well BUT he speaks little english, although someone from the staff will gladly translate : )
